Quinoa veggie bowl


—> Ingredients:
✖️1/2 cup quinoa (uncooked)
✖️cilantro
✖️cucumber
✖️red cabbage
✖️tomato
✖️corn
Dressing:
✖️1/2 avocado
✖️1/2 lemon
✖️fresh dill
✖️1 tsp coriander
✖️1/4 tsp salt
—> Directions:
1. Boil quinoa according to instructions
2. Prepare veggies and dressing
3. Combine veggies, dressing, cooked quinoa and mix until well-combined
