Breathing to relax

A deeply relaxed person breathes around seven times a minute. Slow your breathing right down and you automatically relax. This is especially helpful when you need to focus, do a presentation, attend an interview or simply just calm down.
1. Breathe in (count to 6 – approximately)
2. Hold it (count to 2)
3. Let the breath out slowly (count to 8- approximately)
